MARCEL VAN WILLIGEN
Marcel is an innovative and accomplished professional with a voracious appetite for knowledge. With over 20 years in the business world, he has a wealth of experience in real estate, construction and land development that he brings to the southern coast.
Originally from the Netherlands, Marcel broadened his horizons by serving his country in the Royal Dutch Army and then joining Lombard International Assurance in Luxembourg as an account executive.
In 1999 he discovered Costa Rica's vibrant energy during a vacation there and made it his new home. Today, Marcel shares his expertise fluently in Dutch, English, French, Spanish and German - allowing him to reach a wide array of clients looking to buy or sell their property on the beautiful Ballena Coast.
A true globetrotter at heart, Marcel has dedicated himself to helping others find their perfect homes while developing deep connections with his community.
BILL CAMPBELL
Bill Campbell is an experienced and knowledgeable professional from Calgary, Canada, who had been visiting Costa Rica since 2009 and has lived full-time in Ojochal since 2012.
His extensive background and training in the construction industry makes him an invaluable asset to clients looking to build their new home. Bill believes that the Southern Zone of Costa Rica isn't for everyone due to its quiet and peaceful atmosphere; however, he loves the area and admires how the locals embrace Pura Vida - living the good life - with a smile on their face.
After a long 13 day journey, Bill arrived at the Costa Rican border with his partner Rita, where they were warmly welcomed by an immigration agent offering them a heartfelt Pura Vida - making them feel right at home.
